Wendy first helped us buy an amazing home, got us a great deal and was supportive and knowledgeable through the entire process. When work moved us out state and we needed to sell, she spent countless hrs working for us and was never pushy. She found a buyer and worked with them as much as us to ensure the deal went through. Wendy helped us get through the difficult FHA inspection and appraisal- To the point of having her contractor stop work on her own house to help us meet closing!
